Wild Forest Plum with Rose & Elderflower Liqueur
Description:
Made from the Davidsons Rainforest Plum, these little fruits are about the size of golf balls and grow directly on the trunk of the tree. The Davidsons plum is a small attractive rainforest under-canopy tree and is very rare in the wild. We added some fragrant Elderflower to the mix for this seasonal Liqueur.
Bright garnet colour. Rich aromas of raspberries, sour cherry, and beet with a satiny, tangy, sweet body and a warming, layered, sweet floral finish.
A delicious and deep fruit/floral Liqueur that will be a pleasure to drink straight in a small sherry glass or simply on ice with a dash of soda water.
