Tamboretto is an Italian inspired liqueur made from apricot and almond kernels, which give the liqueur a distinctly bitter almond flavour. Blended with kirsch, a dry, colourless brandy distilled from the fermented juice of the black morello cherry. The exotic notes of warm spices like cardamom and allspice linger whilst the sweeter notes of brown caramelised sugar temper the bitterness of the Almond.
