Description:

Clear colour. Interesting aromas of strawberry yogurt with a silky, bright, fruity light-to-medium body and a tingling, subtle, breezy fruit stripe gum, pepper and earth finish. A nicely layered berry Eau-de-Vie with interesting twists and turns.

Enjoy on its own neutral Strawberry Eau de vie should be served extremely well chilled and neat. It blends well with neutral mixers like soda, but anything flavoured should be avoided because it will mask the attractiveness of tarts topped with Strawberries.
