Clear colour. The nose offers cinnamon spice, brown sugar, raisins and bright, fresh pear fruit with a softness. The palate shows firm pears, cinnamon and floral characteristics.
Enjoy on its own neutral, Pear Eau De Vie should be served extremely well chilled and neat. It blends well with neutral mixers like soda, but anything flavoured should be avoided because it will mask the attractiveness of the Pear aromas. They can also work well with certain desserts, particularly frangipane-based tarts topped with Pears.
