Description:

A classic French style Eau-de-Vie with a fruity taste derived from Granny Smith apples. It has a fresh, fruity taste with wonderful flavours of vanilla and almonds.

Apple Eau de vie should be served extremely well chilled and neat. It blends well with neutral mixers like soda, but anything flavoured should be avoided because it will mask the attractiveness of the Apple aromas. They can also work well with certain desserts, particularly frangipane-based tarts topped with Apple fruit.
