A fine boutique schnapps derived from Granny Smith apples. It has a fresh, fruity taste with wonderful flavours of vanilla and almonds.
Enjoy on its own as appetizer or after-dinner drink. Or serve with dessert, pie, ice cream, fruit salad, chicken, cheese, or cheesecake. Goes very well with curries and dishes with pork, poultry and fish. You can also add a little schnapps to your marmalade, jam, jelly, chutney, sauce, or stew, or any other dish where you would normally use apple cider or juice.
