Description:
This perforated stainless-steel spoon is used to dissolve a sugar cube in a glass of absinthe, usually to sweeten the drink and counteract its mild bitterness.
The large spoon has a notch in the handle where it rests on the rim of the glass. Put the sugar cube on top and slowly drip cold water to dissolve the cube in the traditional way of the 19th century.
