Pineapple Raki sour

Ingredients

50ml TMD Arak Raki

20ml Lime juice

20ml Lemon juice

40ml Pineapple juice

20ml sugar

Egg white

Method 

Put everything in a shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard. Remove the ice, shake again until the egg white fully foams, then double strain into a chilled lowball glass.
